The cast-iron plate has practical ventilation holes that allow the heat from the fire to circulate in the cloche, heating up the pizza much faster. * Available for the OFYR 85 and 100. * Includes a pizza scoop. * Control the air circulation by rotating the knob on the cloche, reducing or increasing the gap between the inner and outer cloche. Always use gloves with the Pizza Oven. * The temperature in the oven can vary and is dependent on the climate, weather conditions, and the type and quantity of wood used. * Heat the pizza oven with the heat coming from the sides of the cone for optimal heat distribution.
